("KNEIP") and any of its authorised staff, affiliates or agents (hereinafter jointly referred to as “We”) are privacy conscious and are strongly committed to your right to privacy. This Statement of Privacy or the “Privacy Statement” governs the identifiable information collection and usage by KNEIP and any of its authorised staff or affiliates.

By using KNEIP's and its affiliates’ websites (individually referred to as “Website” and collectively as "Our Websites"), you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Statement.

Generally, We only collect identifiable information, in particular but not exclusively your name, job title, telephone and fax number and your e-mail and postal addresses, that is specifically and voluntarily provided by you.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Statement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Luxembourg law. The Courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating thereto, without prejudice to KNEIP and any of its authorised staff, affiliates or agents making choice of any other court having jurisdiction on such a dispute under any applicable law.

8. Severability and Changes

In the event any of the terms or provisions of this Privacy Statement would be held to be unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions shall be unaffected and the unenforceable term or provision shall be accordingly replaced by such enforceable term or provision as comes closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable term or provision.
