MasterFile BASE is composed of two distinct areas: a basic fund database and a document repository that allows you to manage your full range of funds in one single secured repository.
Basic Fund Database
You can manage your funds through an online interface, or by importing preformatted CSV (Comma Separated Value) files composed of 6 Basic mandatory fields (ISIN code – Umbrella name – Fund name – Sub-fund name – Fund name including class (share class) - Countries of registration). You can set up specific rules and address e-mail notifications for data validation.
Fund data may be also exported from the database in CSV format through user-defined export templates.
Based on your own fund's architecture document's, you can upload and store any kind of document at any level of your funds structure. You manage document accesses and set up validation rules within your organization. In addition, you can also schedule the document's availability. In addition, the Platform guarantees full tracking and versioning information on each document.
All Fund data and documents remains in your private area.
