Accordingly, you acknowledge that KNEIP shall not be held liable at any moment and in any way for the consequences of the access and/or use of the Website by any Admin or User. More generally, KNEIP shall not be held responsible for the disclosure of any information resulting from the use and/or access to any Admin account or User account. The Client will inform KNEIP of any user account which must be deleted, to avoid unauthorised use.
KNEIP shall not be held responsible in any way and at any moment for the improper use of and/or access to any Admin account or User account.
KNEIP reserves the right to validate and/or suspend the access to any Admin account or User account at any time and without notice in case of abusive or improper use of the system by you or by a third party acting on your behalf or if necessary in the interests of KNEIP or its Clients.
KNEIP endeavours to provide reliable availability of the Website, using fully redundant servers and internet connections, however problems accessing websites are often due to things beyond our control (ie. firewall configurations, internet access, …), therefore KNEIP do not accept responsibility in case of temporary impossibility to access the Website.
